People, responsibilities, outcomes

Know who is behind the work.

Choosing an agency means choosing a working relationship. A company address tells you where a business is based; it does not tell you who manages your account, who executes campaigns, or how decisions reach the people doing the work. Those are useful questions to ask any marketing partner.

BPM’s public team spans account management, media buying, content, design, creative strategy, ecommerce, and leadership. That range lets us discuss the capabilities your engagement needs and how they connect. Your team and service mix depend on your goals and scope.

Build your engagement around the business

The right capabilities, working together.

For an ecommerce brand, the conversation may start with product economics, creative, and conversion. For a B2B business, it may start with demand generation, qualified inquiries, and the sales process. We discuss the business problem before recommending the work.

BPM was founded in Austin in 2015 and now works fully remotely. Our location pages connect the markets we serve with colleagues based in the corresponding states. Clients can collaborate with BPM without visiting an office.

Questions about working with BPM

Get clear on the agency relationship.

Is BPM’s entire team based in the United States?

BPM is a US-based agency with a predominantly US-based team. We work fully remotely. The map features selected team members whose general state locations are shown; it is not a complete staff roster.

Who will manage and execute my campaigns?

Your team depends on the services and scope of your engagement. Ask us about account ownership, channel responsibilities, and the specialists involved as we discuss your needs. The people shown on this page illustrate BPM’s team; a map feature does not guarantee a particular person’s assignment.

Does BPM outsource its work?

BPM’s team includes account managers, media buyers, content and creative specialists, designers, and leadership. For any proposed engagement, ask us to explain which work our team will handle and whether outside specialists are involved. We believe the useful discussion is about the people doing the work, their responsibilities, and how the work is managed.

Why consider a US-based marketing agency?

If your business serves US customers, a predominantly US-based team may make collaboration across US time zones easier. But geography alone does not establish performance. Consider relevant experience, clear ownership, communication, reporting, and the proposed plan alongside team location.

Do I need to be near a BPM team member?

No. BPM works fully remotely. We serve businesses across markets, and our team members collaborate from home. Our city pages describe service areas and state-based connections, rather than staffed local offices.

How do we get started?

Book a strategy call to discuss your business model, marketing goals, current accounts, measurement, and internal capacity. We can then discuss fit, scope, and what a useful next step looks like.
