Mike Brown is an entrepreneur, investor and coach. Prior to founding and exiting an 8-figure oil and gas company, Mike flew F/A-18 Super Hornets for the Navy and brings the fighter pilot spirit to entrepreneurship. Based on a small island in Southern Maryland right on the water, when she's not helping brands scale and grow online, you can find her chasing UV index 9 days with an iced coffee in hand and soaking up time with her cocker spaniels, Goose & Maverick!

Meredith Howard

Head of Lead Gen

Meredith Howard is an award-winning digital marketing leader and social media strategist. Based in Austin Texas with over 14 years of experience working across brand marketing teams before joining BPM as their Director of Strategy & Growth, heading up lead gen. Before BPM, she spend over a decade at Deloitte, leading the team behind the company’s global web, social, and advertising strategy. She's passionate about coaching the next generation of marketers and currently teaches a 10-week digital marketing course with Ziplines Education. She's also taught as an Adjunct Professor at St. Edward's University, designed marketing workshops for General Assembly, and spoke across the country on the topic of digital marketing at conferences including SXSW, Social Media Week, and Digital Summit. But perhaps her most consuming (and rewarding!) work is being a mom to her 2 year old son!
