Claire is the face and Founder of Best Practice Media. Over the years, she has applied her MBA skills to transform BPM into one of America’s most reputable social media marketing agencies. Proudly behind Social Media Week Austin, Claire is not afraid to get out of her comfort zone and push the industry to new heights.

Courtney is the driving force behind exceptional client outcomes. With unrivaled skill and dedication to her craft, she leads the BPM team, achieves project goals, and mentors the next generation of social media experts. She loves a clean split-test and has never met a french fry she didn’t like.


JEFF BROWN
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Jeff has an impressive sales background and a knack for creating vision. He is motivated by autonomy and adventure and lives to write his own story every day. Although he is a West Texan native, Jeff has unique expertise in banking and energy, all the way from Houston to New York and back again.

As Chief of Staff, Jenny oversees efficient internal resourcing and savvy teamwork. She thrives on reframing complex problems and transforming them into simple solutions. Her love for spreadsheets alongside a faultless commitment to team culture is what keeps clients and colleagues smiling.


KRISTEN SUSSMAN
RESEARCHER & ADVISOR
Before becoming an official part of the team, Kristen was President and Founder of Social Distillery, Austin’s first social media agency acquired by BPM in 2019. Now, as Researcher & Advisor, she applies her knowledge to realize client success—while completing a Ph.D. in social media marketing at the same time.

EVENT PRODUCER
For two decades, Roseann has produced successful events and experiences for agencies, brands, and nonprofits in New York, Los Angeles, and Austin. She is hyper-focused on execution and loves to create the architecture under an idea to bring an event to life. Roseann also proudly serves on the board of Out Youth.


SAMANTHA MORQUECHO
PROJECT MANAGER
With a Bachelor of Business Administration and 8+ years in marketing leadership, Sam knows digital strategy, project execution, and team collaboration to a tee. At BPM, she ensures the client experience is seamless, and the team experience is focused. She’s organized yet adaptable, friendly yet professional, and wouldn’t survive a day without her to-do list.

MEDIA BUYER
Clarissa brings her tireless energy to work each day to help keep BPM in front; her drive is through the roof! Previously at Facebook, her specialty is paid traffic. Now, she heads up advertising execution for BPM clients across a broad range of industries—while still finding the time to make people LOL.

ACCOUNT MANAGER
Chloe takes client success very seriously. Whether it’s writing, editing, or designing a client’s IG grid, she’ll pick up whatever’s needed to achieve client goals. Before BPM, she was a professional music journalist for Uproxx Media, which shaped her extraordinary out-of-the-box thinking, new media skills, and proofreading eagle-eye.

Madeleine is known for her resilience, persistence, and commitment to nailing anything thrown her way. At BPM, she applies her social media management, PR, and event skills to deliver stand-out campaigns for clients. Dani has an excellent eye for design and a fresh, bold approach inspired by life’s everyday joys. As Community Manager, Donaji employs her strong attention to detail, stellar customer service skills, and marketing and public relations expertise to help clients build, grow, and nurture their online communities. Her unyielding “let’s get it done” attitude empowers her to address millions of requests in a timely, attentive manner—with time leftover to create a custom Spotify playlist, of course!
